1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across Southern Kerala and selected locations within India.
For bulk or special orders outside our coverage area, please contact us to confirm delivery feasibility and charges.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hour after payment confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
3. Shipping Methods & Charges
Standard Delivery: Available for most products, with charges based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Heavy/Bulk Deliveries (stones, sculptures, concrete products, etc.): Special handling and logistics charges may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard deliveries are typically completed within 1-2 days depending on your location.
Customers will be notified promptly in case of any expected delay.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation details via email/SMS.
Our customer support team is also available to help track your order.
6. Delivery Requirements
Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact information at checkout.
For heavy or bulk items, the customer is responsible for ensuring proper access at the delivery location (e.g., pathways, lifts, or manual handling arrangements).
7. Damages During Delivery
We take utmost care in packing and shipping products.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours with photos/videos of the issue for verification.
Depending on the case, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
8. International Shipping
