Refund and Returns Policy

At Memories customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We strive to ensure that every product and service you receive meets the highest quality standards. However, if you are not fully satisfied, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Plants.
• Products that have been altered after delivery.
• Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or maintenance by the customer.

 

3. Return Process

• Contact our support team at gm@memorystones.in with your order details and reason for return.
• Our team will guide you through the verification process and provide return instructions.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging for safe transport.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
• Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
• If partial returns are made, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

5. Replacements & Exchanges

If you prefer, we can replace the defective/damaged product with a new one of the same type (subject to stock availability). For incorrect deliveries, we will deliver replacement/exchanged products ASAP.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us directly.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may initiate a return as per the above policy.
